sFinance: Personal and Business Finances app for iPhone and iPad

A powerful but simple to use app, designed to take the pressure off tracking income and expenses. Quickly add transactions and receipts, categorize and label them - then get a report that can be exported for your digital archive or employer/accountant.

►► FULLY FUNCTIONAL IN THE STANDARD VERSION
The standard version is fully functional and it offers:

► INCOME, EXPENSE AND CASH FLOW TRACKING:  straightforward registration of data - add a transaction in under 10 seconds
► RECEIPTS can be added from camera or photo library, for each transaction; can be later exported to PDF or sent via email as photo
► CATEGORIZATION AND LABELLING: add categories and tags to individual transactions to enable powerful overviews and reports
► DASHBOARDS: overviews of your expenses, income and cash flow per week, month or year are automatically calculated
► ACCOUNT BALANCES: always know where you stand - balances are calculated automatically based on the transactions
► REMINDERS: never miss a payment again - get reminded on payments (to make or receive), even when the app is not running
► REPORTS: see the details per period, for certain accounts, categories or tags
► EXPORTS TO PDF: create a PDF for archiving or reimbursement, with transaction details and the receipts
► PRIVATE AND PROTECTED DATA: all data stays in your control, encrypted on the device. No data is sent to us and no registration is necessary
► iCloud SYNCHRONIZATION: all devices stay up to date with the latest entered data, based on the current iCloud account being used on the device. Local data (without iCloud) is also supported.

► MULTIPLE PROFILES: create profiles with their own accounts, categories, tags and more. Helpful if you want to separate the overviews for your employer, business or a project youre working on.
► TRANSACTIONS WITH ACCOUNTS FROM OTHER PROFILES: create your accounts once and use them in other profiles. Balances are updated automatically.
► PIN PROTECTION: each profile can be protected with a PIN code.
► MULTIPLE CURRENCIES: enter transactions in multiple currencies, perform automatic or manual conversions, including getting the latest exchange rates for your favorite currencies. Exchange rates are stored for offline usage and overviews are updated in the profile currency.
► TRANSFERS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS, with automatic updates to the balances and cash flow.
► TAX / VAT CALCULATIONS: record expenses and revenues with or without tax and let the application calculate the total and tax amounts. Tax amounts are getting exported for offline processing.
► CSV IMPORTS AND EXPORTS to process the data in your favorite application (like Excel or Numbers).
